Greyson Nakano is the co-founder and pastry chef for Konpeito Cake Studio. The vision for Konpeito Cake Studio is a blend of whimsical imagination and traditional Japanese-French pastry. Greyson has a background in pastry at Japanese-French style pastry and cake bakeries that specialized in less sweet treats that use fresh fruit and high quality ingredients. Greyson pursued pastry wholeheartedly and completed the pastry curriculum the Amaury Guichon Pastry Academy in 2021. The passion that fuels Konpeito Confections aims to provide pastry and cakes that incorporate exotic flavors, modern aesthetic, and ultimately overall flavor.
Eric Bossi is the co-founder of Konpeito Cake Studio. Eric works full time as a psychiatrist and has an extensive background in customer service. He believes that well treated employees promotes well treated customers and therefore excellent customer service.
